GOAT operates the GOAT mobile application (the “App”, previously released as “Sabio”) and related services, including this website. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you use the App. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Automatic User ID
A unique User ID is automatically generated when you first open the App. It is used for analytical purposes only and is not linked to any personal information unless you choose to provide it (for example, by signing in with Apple).
2.2 Profile Information
You may voluntarily add personal details (such as your name or username) to your Profile. If you choose to sign in with Apple, we receive an anonymous user identifier and — only if you share them — your name and email address.
2.3 Voluntary Contact Information
The Contact Support flow is optional. If you submit a support inquiry, you may provide information such as an email address so that we can respond.
2.4 User Content
Any photos (such as card scans), text, notes, or other content you upload to the App (“User Content”) may contain personal information. You retain ownership of your User Content. Card images you scan are processed by our AI vision provider for the sole purpose of identifying the card and estimating its value.
2.5 Shared Pages
When you share a collection or a single card from the App, a public snapshot of the selected cards is published to a link on this website (goat.bingo). Only the data needed to render that page is included, the page is excluded from search-engine indexing, and it stops working as soon as you revoke the link in the App.
2.6 Analytics and Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party analytics and paywall SDKs to collect device information, app usage data, and interaction metrics. These are aggregated and anonymous wherever possible.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Analytics reports and App performance improvement
- Identifying the cards you scan and estimating their value
- Syncing your collection across the devices linked to your Apple Account
- Rendering the share links you create
- Managing your subscription and granting premium features

4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Information may be shared:
- With third-party analytics, subscription, and paywall providers strictly to operate the App
- With our cloud-storage and authentication providers to enable cross-device sync
- When required for legal compliance, lawful requests, or to protect our rights
5. Data Retention
User IDs and analytics data are retained as needed for the purposes described above. Profile and User Content remain until you delete them or your account is removed. Contact Support data is retained as necessary to resolve your inquiry or to comply with legal obligations.
6. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Children’s Privacy
GOAT is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, request correction or deletion of your personal information, or opt out of analytics and marketing communications. You can delete your account and associated data from the App’s Settings screen, or by contacting us at mobileband365@gmail.com.
9. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with third-party services (such as Apple, RevenueCat, Superwall, and our AI vision provider) to deliver its functionality. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party websites or apps. Please review their privacy policies separately.
10. International Use
You acknowledge that your data may be processed in countries where GOAT or its service providers operate. By using the App, you consent to such international transfers.
11. Updates to Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted in the App or on this page, and the “Last Updated” date above will be revised. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
